Duplex Type Pinless Butterfly Valve

Dual-phase steel, also known as complex phase steel, is a steel in which the ferrite phase and austenite phase each account for about half of the solid solution structure. Generally, the content of the minor phase also needs to reach 30%. In the case of low carbon content, the Cr content is 18%~28%, and the Ni content is 3%~10%. Some steels also contain alloying elements such as Mo, Cu, Nb, Ti, and N. Dual-phase steel is widely used in desulfurization systems and seawater desalination systems.

    Application

    1.Good corrosion fatigue resistance and wear corrosion resistance.
    2.Good pitting resistance.
    3.Good resistance to chloride stress corrosion.
    4.Good comprehensive mechanical properties. It has high strength and fatigue strength, and its yield strength is twice that of 18-8 austenitic stainless steel. The elongation in the solid solution state reaches 25%, and the toughness value AK is above 100J.
