Product Usage and Features
There are two structural forms, straight-through type and Y-direct current type. The middle part adopts a valve coverless pressure self-tightening type, which has good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure conditions. There are two materials for the self-sealing ring, one is low carbon steel, and the other is flexible graphite sandwiched with 316 wire (mesh). The sealing surface is welded cobalt-based cemented carbide, and the pure metal layer after processing is greater than or equal to 3MM. It is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and abrasion-resistant, and has a long service life. The two ends of the branch pipe are welded structures, and the welding grooves can be made according to standards or user requirements. It is used in thermal power plants, petrochemicals, metallurgy, etc. High-temperature and high-pressure water, steam, oil ports, superheated steam pipelines as a start-and-stop device to cut off the safety or regulate the medium.
