Nylon PA-11, synthesized through the polycondensation of ω-amino undecanoic acid, demonstrates exceptional chemical resistance against common acids, alkalis, and oxidizing agents. Its low moisture absorption rate (<1.5% at saturation) ensures superior dimensional stability compared to other polyamides, while maintaining excellent wear resistance and oil-repellent properties. These characteristics make PA-11-coated butterfly valves particularly suitable for demanding fluid control applications across multiple industries. In environmental protection systems, they effectively manage water treatment processes, while their chemical inertness benefits power generation cooling circuits and metallurgical slurry transport.     Application

    1.Good wear resistance of the sealing surface: Nylon's wear resistance is 7 times that of copper, which prolongs the life of the valve by 3 times.
    2.Smaller torque: self-lubricating, smooth and wear-reducing, the operating torque is much smaller than that of ordinary valves.
    3.Good chemical properties: excellent alkali resistance, salt resistance, and resistance to weak acid corrosion, inert to organic compounds, and wide range of applications.
    4.Nylon coating has smooth surface, low fluid friction resistance, environmental protection and energy saving.
    5.Nylon material is non-toxic, antibacterial and anti-mildew, and environmentally friendly.
    6.Advanced pinless connection technology ensures complete isolation of the medium and metal, improves product reliability, and makes butterfly valve maintenance simple and easy, saving time and labor.
    7.The surface of the product is fully sprayed with plastic, which not only has a beautiful appearance, but also has excellent external anti-corrosion performance.
    8.Nylon valve plates have good economic performance and are cheaper than stainless steel valves.
