The single flange butterfly valve is a versatile, high-performance flow control component widely adopted in municipal water supply, drainage, HVAC systems, power engineering and general industrial pipeline systems. Differentiated from double-flange and wafer butterfly valves, this valve features a uniquely optimized structural design with one integral cast flange on the valve body and a wafer-style flat end on the opposite side. This distinctive configuration perfectly balances installation stability, space utilization and cost efficiency, making it a preferred solution for end-of-line pipeline mounting and limited-space working conditions.
Technical Specifications
This series of single flange butterfly valves follows international and industrial standard dimensions, covering a complete size range from DN50 to DN1200 to meet diverse pipeline caliber requirements. It supports mainstream pressure ratings including PN10, PN16 and ANSI Class 150, which are applicable for most low and medium-pressure industrial and municipal pipeline working conditions. The valve adopts a full bore streamlined design, ensuring unobstructed fluid passage and minimal pressure loss during operation.
For material specifications, the valve body is optional with grey cast iron, ductile iron and stainless steel to adapt to different medium corrosiveness and environmental conditions. The valve disc is processed with precision polishing and anti-corrosion treatment, with optional materials of ductile iron with epoxy coating, 304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel. The sealing components adopt high-quality EPDM, NBR and PTFE rubber materials, featuring high elasticity, ageing resistance and abrasion resistance, achieving ANSI Class VI zero-leakage sealing standard.
In terms of working parameters, the applicable medium temperature ranges from -20℃ to 120℃, adapting to conventional water, gas and mild chemical media. The valve can be configured with manual handle, worm gear, electric and pneumatic actuators to realize manual regulation and automatic remote control. All structural dimensions and installation parameters comply with ISO, GB and ANSI standard specifications, ensuring strong compatibility with standard pipeline flanges and convenient unified installation and maintenance.
