Product Usage and Features
1. Structural form:The vacuum isolating gate valve is a stuffing box vacuum sealing device and a parallel double gate rising stem structure. The vacuum isolating stop valve is a stuffing box vacuum sealing device and a straight lifting structure.
2.Drive mode: manual, electric, gear drive.
3.Connection method: socket welding, flange connection, butt welding.
4.The floating sealing mechanism is formed by the gate, guide frame and spring, and the sealing surface can achieve self-compensation after friction.
5.The guide frame and valve body guide movement ensure that the two gates are opened at the same time.
6.Vacuum isolation stop valve: the valve stem and valve disc are dynamically connected, the valve disc and valve seat are vertically sealed, and the opening and closing stroke and valve height are small.
7. The stuffing box is equipped with a vacuum sealing device, which is installed in combination with high-strength flexible graphite nickel wire expansion packing and alloy nickel wire mesh-coated improved metal PTFE packing and grease seal ring, and high vacuum sealing silicone grease is injected between the packing and the grease seal ring to improve the seal between the packing and the valve stem, so as to achieve a high degree of isolation between the system and the atmosphere.
